At Kuranda we have seen the rates go up, the rates go down, home values and prices go up and down…. and up again. We have, with you, witnessed the closing of major lenders. Big players have left the mortgage lending industry for good! We have watched the lenders seize Wholesale broker service. We remember the days with no doc and stated income loans; Today the lending industry as a whole is not permitted to offer such loans. We watched Mortgage Brokers, which were at one time our competition, close up shop for good. Florida State alone, had at one time in 2006 nearly 60,000 brokers, and today in 2013 we have approximately 17,000 mortgage licensed brokers/ originators.

Kuranda FMI has seen it all. Kuranda is still here because of the strong business ethics and the clean record we have always maintained.
